In ''Omega Ruby'' and ''Alpha Sapphire'', in the event that a player receives Diancie in a trade and puts it in their party (there is no way to receive Diancie except trading with X and Y in these games), the next time they visit a Pokémon Center, they will receive a visit from a Gentleman and a spy-like figure. They will say they have been trying to get hold of a Diancie on behalf of someone for some time, and have developed the Diancite for it to Mega Evolve. They will then ask for your Diancie. It is advised not to accept this request (note that on the options list, "no" comes before "yes" in this circumstance). If you refuse twice in a row, a Ninja Boy will come into the Pokémon Center, explain that he has changed his mind and wants a big, tough Pokémon rather than Diancie. The men will be taken aback at this, and the Ninja Boy will give you the Diancie as an apology for the men wasting your time. They will then exit. You will not be able to see the trio again.
