:::Sounds more like some subjective fan criteria that isn't supported by official sources, going by the fact that they didn't consider Eevee a starter from the pics I posted. It doesn't matter if Oak intended to for it to be Red's starter in the story; it ''wasn't'' the player's starter, gameplay or story wise. I think Eevee should be removed altogether (except for the PLE incarnation) and we should list only player's starters. Unless you have proof that Game Freak sees Yellow!Eevee as a starter but not the other rivals' starters?
