Hey there, if you want to create an article, it's best to make it in your userspace first and wait for it to get approval from the staff to see if it's worth having. Your Viaplay article was of questionable notability since it doesn't appear to be an English service. Generally, English providers are notable as we're an English wiki, while anything relating to specific countries goes to their respective "Pokemon in <country>" article. Japan is the only exception.
