===April 28 to May 11, 2020===
For a portion of the first day of this round of news, ★ Drilbur raids originating from Shield came with the illegal move {{m|Hydro Pump}}. The same raids for the rest of the event's duration, or from Sword, come with the correct move, {{m|Scratch}}. Gigantamax {{p|Snorlax}} returned to Max Raid Battles, making this the first time a limited availability Gigantamax form has returned to the game. In addition, the Gigantamax forms of {{p|Machamp}} and {{p|Gengar}} have been made more common and are available to catch in three-star and four-star raids hosted in either game, though remain version-exclusive in five-star raids.
