Desert Resort: Difference between revisions

Desert Resort was first mentioned in {{TRT}}'s mission briefing with {{an|Giovanni}} in ''[[BW009|The Bloom Is on Axew!]]''. It is said that a special meteorite called [[Meteonite]] is located within the desert, and as such, they are told to go to there to retrieve it.

In ''[[BW022|A Venipede Stampede!]]'', the trio, along with [[Pierce]] and [[Dr. Zager]], traveled in a helicopter above the barren desert and located the Meteonite. {{Ash}} and {{ashfr}} met up with [[Professor Juniper]] to travel to the Desert Resort because of Team Rocket's unusual activity.

The Desert Resort was set to play a major role in the original {{OBP|BW023|unaired}} and {{OBP|BW024|unaired}}, but the episodes have since been [[banned episodes|postponed indefinitely]], and ended up being retconned out of continuity when ''[[BW112|Team Plasma's Pokémon Power Plot!]]'' aired.

In [[SS014]], Ash and {{an|Go}} traveled there to explore the newly discovered [[Ruins of the Titan]]. As the sand was too hot to cross by foot, a {{tc|Pokémon Ranger}} named {{OBP|Keira|SS014}} instructed them to use their flying Pokémon to pull them across the desert on surfboards. Thanks to this, they were able to travel to the ruins.
