 When two Pokémon of the same species are left at a Nursery, and one knows an [[Egg Move]] while the other has at least one empty move slot, the Pokémon with an empty move slot will learn Egg Moves (excluding {{m|Volt Tackle}}) known by the other Pokémon after a short time, up to the number of empty move slots. Moves are transferred in descending order on the move list. Moves can be transferred between Pokémon of the same gender, but not between different stages of the same evolutionary line.
