A Slowbro appeared in ''[[EP066|The Evolution Solution]]'', under the ownership of [[Professor Westwood V]]. It evolved from a Slowpoke at {{an|Seafoam Island}}, after which it defeated {{TRT}} with a powerful {{m|Mega Punch}} while they were trying to steal Westwood V's Pokémon.
A Slowbro appeared in ''[[EP099|The Mandarin Island Miss Match]]'', under the ownership of [[Lorelei|Prima]]. She first used it to help {{Ash}} get his {{AP|Charizard}} under control. She then used it as part of a lecture, during which it battled a {{pkmn|Trainer}}'s {{p|Machamp}} and defeated it.
A Slowpoke evolved into Slowbro in ''[[EP244|Enlighten Up!]]''. Afterwards, it defeated Team Rocket with {{m|Confusion}} and then used the same attack to return a giant, gold Slowpoke statue that Team Rocket had attempted to steal.
Multiple Slowbro appeared in ''[[EP260|A Crowning Achievement]]'', where they evolved from several Slowpoke due to them being unable to reach a [[King's Rock]] in time.
Multiple Slowbro appeared in ''[[M02|The Power of One]]''.
A Slowpoke appeared in ''[[EP244|Enlighten Up!]]'', where it evolved into Slowbro.
A Slowbro appeared in the opening intro of ''[[M04|Celebi: The Voice of the Forest]]'', which was reused for ''[[M05|Pokémon Heroes: Latios & Latias]]''.
