'''King Biruritchi''' (Japanese: '''キング・ビルリッチ''' ''King Biruritchi'') is the creator of [[Team Great Rocket]] from [[Pokémon Card GB2: Here Comes Team GR!]]. A large and intimidating man, he and his minions kidnapped the [[Grand Master]]s and [[Club Master]]s and stole the four Legendary Pokémon cards for use in their schemes. Biruritchi resides in [[Team GR Castle]] on a far-away island. He challenges the player in a best-two-out-of-three card match, playing with a deck chosen from the four below at random. He admits the defeat, thanks the player and gives up the GR King Coin, also know as Togepi Coin, and the {{TCG ID|GB2|Great Rocket's Mewtwo|promo}}. King Biruritchi gives the player a {{TCG ID|GB2|Great Rocket's Mewtwo|promo}} after each successive defeat.  

After defeating King Biruritchi twice, the player earn the access to the [[Sealed Fort]].
