::::::::::They are both autonomous enough that whether or not they are technically countries is of no concern. Both are run by completely different governments anyway. I am going to stop this argument right now, unless you can give me one reason as to whether or not Taiwan and Hong Kong should be considered a country (which they both fit the definition of well) has any relevance to whether or not they should get their own pages.
