Actually, Nintendo has NOT registered pokemonjade.com, but has for amethyst, topaz, and opal at least.  Nor has Nintendo registered ivory and ebony yet, either, so a third version about Arceus called Ivory is rather silly (not to mention it would remove all necessities of the event), and I would expect Ivory to be coupled with Ebony in the first place and focus on Light and Dark type legendaries.  That's just speculation, though.  We can expect Amethyst and Opal to come soon.  There's no pokemongirasol.com either, so the third game is probably Opal.  Amethyst is the only other possibility, in my mind, as Cresselia and Heatran are the only other non-event legendaries past the end of the Sinnoh-dex, and it's a maybe that Topaz could be Heatran, but I'd be looking for a gem a bit more... how you say, "fiery" for Heatran.  More likely it's Opal Version with Giratina, and Amethyst and Topaz are Gen V games.  We'll also probably see remakes of Silver and Gold before the third counterpart to Diamond and Pearl, so there's a long way to go before that happens.
