I think that the template {{template|YouTubeVid}} has several issues. YouTube's channels have a new style of addresses, with
www.youtube.com/channel/UCXXX
, with XXX being replaced by a 64-bit string consisting of 22 random characters. --[[User:TheICTLiker4|'''TheICT''']][[User talk:TheICTLiker4|'''Liker''']][[Special:Contributions/TheICTLiker4|'''4''']] 20:18, 23 August 2019 (UTC)

::So THIS was the cause for you to remove the entire thing?! And that caused channel link issues:
{{YouTubeVid|y4FxEmqhQto|ER Alpha|emerald}}
::Those issues mostly happen if the last word in the channel name (if the word is written separately) is any of these (Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver, Crystal, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Black, White, X, Y, Omega, Alpha, Sun, Moon, Ultra, Sword, Shield).
::I think you should edit the template so it corresponds to this pattern<nowiki>:</nowiki>

<nowiki>{{YouTubeVid|XXXXXXXXXXX|CHAN|CHAL|color|colorlight}}</nowiki>

::where:
::* XXXXXXXXXX — the 64-bit string consisting of 10 characters that corresponds to the video.
::* CHAN — channel's real name.
::* CHAL — a 22-character, 64-bit string that corresponds to the channel in the URL. If someone doesn't have a custom URL, then they should consider adding the
channel/UC
bit at the start of the parameter.
::* color — primary color of the box.
::* colorlight — secondary color of the box.
::Actually, the video (but not the channel) loads correctly. With that being said, this was the request to change the template's coding to fix this issue. The same applies to {{template|YouTubeEmbed}} as well. That would cause forced edits on {{cat|articles with accompanying video}}. --[[User:TheICTLiker4|'''TheICT''']][[User talk:TheICTLiker4|'''Liker''']][[Special:Contributions/TheICTLiker4|'''4''']] 06:10, 24 August 2019 (UTC)
