: But are LGPE contemporary to other Kanto games? Red and Blue are well known there, not some kids who are only starting their adventure. During the original Kanto Mina should have been preschooler's or grade schooler's age. Then LGPE happened, where she is 13-15, and then Alola, where she can be as old as 19. Wasn't that the case? Also, you can't be Trial Captain if you're older than 19, so she can't be 23-25.
