'''Toucannon's flock''' is a group of [[Recurring wild Pokémon in the anime|recurring Pokémon]] that appeared in the {{series|Sun & Moon}}. The flock consists of multiple {{p|Pikipek}}, who are led by a {{p|Trumbeak}} and {{p|Toucannon}}. They were also the foster family of {{AP|Rowlet}} before {{Ash}} {{pkmn2|caught}} it.

{{p|Toucannon}} is the leader of a group of Pikipek and one Trumbeak that lives in a forest on Melemele Island. Toucannon is responsible for hatching the Pikipek from [[Pokémon Egg]]s, while it leaves the hunt for food to Trumbeak and the Pikipek. By mistake, a {{TP|AshAP|Rowlet}} was born into the nest of Pikipek. The Rowlet would grow up alongside the Pikipek but would never be fully accepted by them, Trumbeak, and Toucannon.
 
Toucannon first appeareddebuted in ''[[SM004|First Catch in Alola, Ketchum-Style!]]'', where it was waiting at its nest for the Pikipek, Trumbeak, and Rowlet to return with fruit. When it turned out Rowlet had accidentally brought a wind chime instead of fruit, Trumbeak gave it a scolding and banished it from the group. The next day, as the Pikipek and Trumbeak were out looking for food, Toucannon was thinkingflashing back to the time where Rowlet's eggEgg hatched among the Pikipek when Rowlet returned with a melon. justAt asthat moment, the group was attacked by {{TRT}}, who were trying to get {{an|Bewear}}'s berries{{Berries}} back. With the help fromof {{Ash}}, Rowlet managed to save them. Ash planned to catch Rowlet, but upon seeing it happy with its family, he decided not to. Nevertheless, Toucannon successfully encouraged Rowlet to join Ash.
 
Toucannon reappeared inIn ''[[SM018|A Seasoned Search!]]'', where itToucannon was briefly reunited with Rowlet when Ash and {{an|Mallow}} visited its nest to see if its flock knew where to find [[Nectar|Yellow Nectar]]. However, they didn't know where to find it.
 
Toucannon reappeared inIn ''[[SM090|Securing the Future!]]'', alongsideToucannon and Trumbeak, where they helped {{DL|Light trio (anime)|Necrozma}} regain its {{DL|List of Pokémon with form differences|Necrozma|true form}} by giving it some of their Z-Power.

ToucannonIn isaddition, also shown toToucannon getgets annoyed if someone touches its beak, as seen when {{Rotom}} did so to see if it felt hot, making Toucannon intentionally heat up its beak to burn Rotom.
 
Toucannon is shown as being helpful towards Rowlet evenEven after it left the family., ThisToucannon wascontinued to help Rowlet, as seen in ''[[SM097|No Stone Unturned!]]'', where, after Rowlet's loss to [[Hau]] and {{p|Dartrix}}, Toucannonit helped it learn {{m|Seed Bomb}},. whichThis would later be essential to Rowlet's victory in a rematch against Dartrix.

{{p|Trumbeak}} is part of a family of {{p|Pikipek}} led by a {{p|Toucannon}} that lives in a forest on Melemele Island. Its exact position in the group is unknown, although it is the second-in-command after Toucannon. By mistake, a {{TP|AshAP|Rowlet}} was born into the nest of Pikipek. The Rowlet would grow up alongside the Pikipek but would never be fully accepted by them, Trumbeak, and Toucannon.
 
Trumbeak first appeareddebuted in ''[[SM004|First Catch in Alola, Ketchum-Style!]]'', where it was leading the Pikipek in taking fruit from the citizens of [[Hau'oli City]]. The people of Melemele Island allow the group of Pikipek to take their fruit so that people and Pokémon can live in harmony. After taking the fruit back to their nest, it was discovered that Rowlet had accidentally brought a wind chime instead of fruit. Trumbeak scolded Rowlet for this and banished it from the group.
 
The next day, Trumbeak led the Pikipek out once to more to get more food and invaded {{an|Bewear}}'s den and took all of the berries{{Berries}} present. Returning to the nest, Trumbeak congratulated Rowlet, who had returned with a melon before the group was attacked by {{TRT}}, who were trying to get Bewear's berries back. Trumbeak has been shown to beis rather stern, but caring all the same. It scolded Rowlet when it failed to bring food back to the nest and became annoyed at Rowlet when it fell asleep as it was telling Rowlet off. Despite being annoyed towards Rowlet, Trumbeak praisespraised it when it returned with a melon and is thankful, as seen whenof Rowlet's helped save them from Team Rocketefforts. It even gave Rowlet a hug as it left to join Ash's team. This was seen again in ''[[SM097|No Stone Unturned!]]'', where it welcomed Rowlet back into its flock and helped teach it how to use {{m|Seed Bomb}}.
