I'm sorry about your delimma, but really, the only way to get a shiny riolu is to either soft reset (which could take up to about 5-10 months), get one on the GTS, or use an action replay to catch one in the wild (as the Shiny Code will not work on eggs). Try saving right before the egg hatches for a quicker soft reset. And try soft reseting at least 500 times a day. I know it sounds like a lot, but once you start doing it, it's really not that long. I'm soft reseting for a Shiny Torchic, and I can do about 500 in 15-30 minutes!
