:I believe you've forgotten (and I did, initially, as well) that Arceus' Judgment and Silvally's Multi-Attack effectively give them universal type diversity. I think that counts enough to make Mew not the only exception. Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 22:49, 24 October 2017 (UTC)

::Pumpkinking, I'm not speaking about moves that can call other types; Natural Gift and Hidden Power belong to the same category as Multi-Attack and Judgment and have almost universal distribution, so if that category's counted then it means every Pokémon has perfect coverage. Instead of those moves, plus Sketch and Mimic and whatnot, I'm talking about how Mew has dedicated attacks from every type in its learnset while Arceus doesn't. The weird thing is that before the Fairy type was introduced, Arceus counted in this sense too, but it's not compatible with the Dazzling Gleam TM even though it seems like it should be. == Type listing by commonality ==
This information seems to be available on each of the type pages themselves, which is where I pulled these numbers and compiled the following list (I'm just interested in statistics in general).  While this is a simple list (doesn't break it down by pure types or hybrid types or the like), it would be concise to have it on the Types page itself, as users otherwise have to do what I did and click through each page in turn, and then order them by the number/commonality (which, again, is stated on each individual type page).  Of course, it will need updating once Generation VIII hits, but so will everything else and each of the Type pages themselves...
I'm also not sure the best format (table or list) and the best way to say some of these ( # Pokemon of this type[..?], #th rarest[..?] ) where it sounds...right.  Reading it, it makes sense what the numbers are, but I feel there's a better way to word what each thing is than I've managed to do...
