::I thought it would be but on the Cyllage and Snowbelle Gyms about being "the only Rock-type Gym that is not the first Gym in its region" and "the only Ice-type Gym that is not the seventh Gym in its region" respectively. There are only four Gym leaders of each type giving me the idea that it could. I didn't want to add it just in case something like this was said.
