:The point about stat-boosting items is about it NOT being trivial. It is not a bonus, interesting fact about the Pokemon. It's a fact about the item itself and what it does. People aren't going to be looking at Pokemon pages to see what items boost a Pokemon's stats, they're going to look either on the item's page or at the page on stat boosting items. Wurmple's kind of the same thing. Personality value is not something you can control without hacking. People looking Wurmple's page are most likely looking for how to evolve it, and that boils down to randomness unless you hack. So it's really only necessary to say that it's based on personality value and link to it; explaining the whole thing is simply just not needed.
