I keep a living form dex in my Pokemon Bank, and I keep both forms of Hoopa together in it. The Unbound form doesn't revert to Confined after restarting the app, unlike every other form listed here as returning to its original form once deposited into bank (Shaymin, Furfrou, etc.). To make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong, I stuck Shaymin Sky form next to Hoopa Unbound and restarted the app. Shaymin had reverted to Land form, but Hoopa stayed the same. You guys are welcome to test this out for yourselves. Someone should take off the Pokemon Bank stipulation from its entry on this page.
