In the Pokémon Adventures manga
In the Pokémon Adventures manga, Daisy works as Professor Oak's research assistant and is in charge of the Kanto laboratory whenever Professor Oak goes to Johto. She owns a Chansey that her grandfather gave her and a Clefairy she uses for Pokémon Contests. She was also a close friend of the first Magma Admin Courtney when she was a Coordinator. At the end of the Gold, Silver & Crystal, she is working as Bill's assistant, her position being taken over by Crystal. By the Platinum, Daisy has become a famous doctor in her own right.
Daisy works as Professor Oak's research assistant, and later as Bill's assistant.

History
Past
In a flashback in It All Ends Now III, Daisy and the first Magma Admin Courtney are seen as children. At this point, both Daisy and Courtney are close friends and Coordinator. Daisy is shown to have a Clefairy that she uses for Pokémon Contests.

Yellow
In Extricated from Exeggutor, it is shown that Daisy recently started helping Professor Oak as his research assistant. She says that it is an honor to work for her grandfather. Daisy and Professor Oak talk about Yellow, who is currently searching for Red.

In Punching Poliwrath, Daisy and her Chansey are seen taking care of a Wigglytuff. Soon, she and Professor Oak witness Pewter City, Cerulean City and Celadon City being attacked by the Elite Four. Daisy and Professor Oak talk about the current situation, including once again talking about Yellow's search for Red.

Gold, Silver & Crystal
In Tyranitar War, Daisy is concerned about whether Red has fully recovered from frostbite.

In Forretress of Solitude, Daisy and Yellow witness Red's training. Daisy finds out that Red still doesn't know that Yellow is a girl.

Prior to Rock, Paper...Scizor, Blue tells his sister Daisy that Red may fully recover from frostbite in a secret spring at Mt. Silver. Later, Blue lets Red borrow his Charizard for transportation and tells him to ask Daisy for details. Before Red leaves, Daisy hugs Charizard and tells him to take care of Red.

In Playful Porygon2, Daisy is looking for his brother Blue because it's almost his turn to fight in the Gym Leader tournament. She notices it is unusually hot. Daisy witnesses Blue and Silver using both of their Gyarados against Legendary beasts.

In Entranced by Entei, Daisy tells Blue that he must rush to the stadium for his battle, as Blue's opponent will be his master Chuck. Her words stop Blue from chasing after Entei.

In Heckled by Hitmontop, Daisy reports to the chairman about the unusual heat from before, and accidentally finds Bill as well, who was with the chairman.

In Lugia and Ho-Oh on the Loose (Part 1), Daisy is among the many others who see Gold on screen, interrupting the Gym Leader tournament and warning that Team Rocket is arriving. They also witness as the Team Rocket later arrives by train.

In The Last Battle XII, the Radio Director finds Bill and Daisy lying on the ground unconscious, amidst the debris caused by the Team Rocket's attacks. It is implied that at some point Bill used his body to shield Daisy from falling rocks and a steel girdle. The Radio Director manages to wake Bil and Daisy up, but both are very injured. They start receiving faxes from various people.

In The Last Battle XIII, Daisy wraps a piece of cloth around Bill's arm. Meanwhile, the Radio Director reads some of the faxes aloud for Bill and Daisy to hear. Some messages are from people wanting to send their Pokémon to help against the current threat. Bill suddenly stands up and goes quickly to the currently broken Pokémon transfer system, because he had an idea about how he could try to fix it. Daisy follows him and helps him. The Pokémon transfer system seems hopeless at fist, and Daisy witnesses Bill blaming himself and considering himself useless as a scientist. Daisy quickly points out that there is a lot of electric energy left in the Magnet Train (which unbeknowst to them, was left by Legendary beasts). Ultimately, the system is sucessfully fixed thanks to Bill and Daisy's work and the use of Raikou's stored electricity. Daisy witnesses Bill asking the Radio Director to tell everyone to send their Pokémon to help, via the now-functioning system.

In The Last Battle XIV, Daisy has been replaced by Crystal as Professor Oak's assistant. One morning, Professor Oak scrambles to wake up after having overslept without Daisy to wake him. Professor Oak wonders when Daisy will be coming back. Daisy starts working as Bill's assistant.

Ruby & Sapphire
FireRed & LeafGreen
