Using a Lucky Egg doubles the experience points earned by the player for the next 30 minutes.
 
Lucky Eggs can be purchased at any time from the in-game {{DL|PokéCoin|Shop}} with [[PokéCoin]]s. The player will also receive a Lucky Egg at [[Trainer level|level 9]] 9 and every 5 levels starting from level 10.
