Customers purchasing at least ¥500 worth of eligible Pokémon goods from participating Edion and 100 Full Volt stores across Japan would earn 1 stamp, and would become eligible to enter one of five scheduled lotteries by earning 3 stamps. The entry periods and lotteries were held on the following dates:

Each lottery offered 3 different prizes drawn at random. The A prize was an '''Edion Limited Leather-like Double Deck Case''' (Japanese: '''エディオン限定 レザー風ダブルデッキケース'''), a brown chic leather-style flip deck case featuring a Poké Ball relief on the front and Energy symbol reliefs on the reverse. Each case has a storage capacity of 360 cards. 50 copies of this prize were distributed per lottery. The B prize was an '''Edion Limited Half Playmat''' (Japanese: '''エディオン限定 ハーフプレイマット'''), which features a striped pattern and two {{p|Pikachu}}. 50 copies of this prize were distributed per lottery. Participating Pokémon Centers, Pokémon Card Gym venues, and Pokémon Card Stations across Japan held Pokémon Card Day events on a set Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in the months of September, October, and November in 2018. Winners of the tournaments held at each of these venues were awarded a '''Giratina Original Rubber Playmat''' (Japanese: '''ギラティナ オリジナルラバープレイマット'''), which features an illustration of the Renegade Pokémon in the [[Distortion World]].
