Yesterday, I saw {{user|Royalshow ten}}, who apparently hasn't been doing edits for about a decade, do multiple consecutive edits on a single page while editing each section on the page separately instead of editing the entire page at one. I notified them of this, but today, they did the same again, having not even replied to my message, either not acknowledging it or not noticing it at all. :They're still doing it. And still, zero acknowledgement on the talk page, even after I left another message. Makes me think they honestly don't know/remember how to use the talk page and aren't seeing our messages. While their edits are not harmful in any way, and I think person just simply doesn't know how to be more effective, it's still a bit frustrating that our messages don't seem to reach them.
