This card was included in the {{TCG|Expedition Base Set}} with artwork by [[Ken Sugimori]], first released in the Japanese {{TCG|Base Expansion Pack}}. It was reprinted in the {{TCG|EX Team Rocket Returns}} expansion, first released in the Japanese {{TCG|Rocket Gang Strikes Back}} expansion, with a full-frame view of the same artwork by [[Ken Sugimori]]. It was later reprinted in the {{TCG|EX Dragon Frontiers}} expansion, first released in the {{TCG|Shockwave! Tyranitar ex Constructed Standard Deck}}.
 
The cardIt was later reprinted in the {{TCG|HeartGold & SoulSilver}} expansion with new artwork by [[Kanako Eo]], first released in the Japanese {{TCG|SoulSilver Collection}}. In Japan, a Holofoil version was reprinted as one of the {{TCG|L-P Promotional cards}}, and was awarded to the top winners of the Pokémon Card Game LEGEND Battle in September 2009. It was reprinted again in the English Raichu Half Deck of the English {{TCG|HS Trainer Kit}} and the {{TCG|Call of Legends}} expansion. It was reprinted in the Japanese {{TCG|Champion Road}} subset with the artwork by [[Ken Sugimori]] originally printed in the Expedition Base Set. A {{TCG|Full Art card|Full Art}} print was also released in the Japanese Champion Road subset and features artwork by [[Megumi Mizutani]].

* In the EX Team Rocket Returns and ChampionCelestial RoadStorm prints, Copycat is depicted mimicking {{ga|Ethan}} as he appears in [[Generation II]], the [[Team Rocket]] member featured in {{TCG ID|Gym Heroes|The Rocket's Trap|19}}, and [[Blaine]]. She is also depicted cosplaying as a {{p|Pikachu}}, similar in appearance to {{tc|Poké Kid}} Trainers that would later appear in [[Generation IV]].
* In the HeartGold & SoulSilver print, she is seen mimicking Ethan as he appears in Generation IV, [[Professor Elm]], [[Misty]], and a female {{tc|Team Rocket Grunt}}.
