I'm assuming this means around 10 November 1999 (English release) and not 18 July 1998 (Japanese release) but I'm curious if we could isolate when these "appeared" and in what context. I remember already having looked into "Brock Harrison" and I think it was mentioned in an interview with Brock's English voice-actor after he stopped working with the company? Could "Williams" have been used in a similar context?

I noticed that https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=196 that under Danish cast it says "Lulu Jacobsen as Misty Williams" so perhaps Denmark appended that surname?
