Multiple Wooper appeared in flashbacks in ''[[XY055|A Slippery Encounter!]]'', ''[[XY056|One for the Goomy!]]'', ''[[XY061|An Oasis of Hope!]]'' and ''[[XY065|Good Friends, Great Training!]]''. One of these Wooper was close friends with {{AP|Goodra}} when they lived together in the wetlands between [[Lumiose City]] and [[Laverre City]]. This Wooper, along with the others in its group, appeared in person in ''[[XY069|Defending the Homeland!]]'' and ''[[XY070|Beyond the Rainbow!]]'' where it was captured by {{an|Florges}}'s {{type|Bug}} and {{type|Poison}} Army along with {{AP|Pikachu}} and {{TP|Clemont|Dedenne}} to bring them to {{TRT}}. They reappeared in ''[[XY112|Master Class is in Session!]]'' and ''[[XY113|Performing a Pathway to the Future!]]'' to watch {{an|Serena}}'s performance with the rest of the wetland Pokémon. They appeared once again in ''[[XY123|A Diamond in the Rough!]]'' when {{Ash}} and {{ashfr}} returned to the wetlands. Four of them appeared again in ''[[XY140|Till We Compete Again!]]'', where one of them was fighting with a Lotad, before Goodra settled the argument.

{{DL|Olesia|Wooper}} made its anime debut in ''[[EP148|No Big Woop!]]'' {{Ash}}, {{an|Misty}}, and {{an|Brock}} volunteer to watch over [[Olesia]]'s school of Wooper for her.

A {{DL|Pichu Posse|Wooper}} is one of the best friends of the two [[Pichu Brothers]]. It has appeared in ''[[PK07|Pikachu and Pichu]]'', ''[[Trouble in Big Town]]'', ''[[SS006|Of Meowth]] [[SS007|and Pokémon]]'', ''[[SS009|Big Meowth,]] [[SS010|Little Dreams]]'', ''[[Pichu Bros. in Party Panic]]'' and made a cameo appearance in ''[[M11|Giratina and the Sky Warrior]]''.

A {{DL|Matt (AG188)|Wooper}} was also one of the Pokémon that {{Ash}} and {{ashfr}} were taking care of while [[Nurse Joy]] was ill in ''[[AG188|Pinch Healing!]]''. Wooper was being babysat by a Poké-Sitter named {{OBP|Matt|AG188}}. {{an|Brock}} took care of Wooper by having his {{TP|Brock|Marshtomp}} use {{m|Water Gun}} to heal its wounds.

A Wooper also made an appearance in ''[[DP007|Like It Or Lup It!]]''.

Another {{DL|Leona's parents|Wooper}} appeared under the ownership of [[Leona's parents]] in ''[[DP063|Hot Springing a Leak!]]''. They used Wooper to investigate a pipe line when they noticed their water was being drained and helped discover that {{TRT}} were responsible.

A Wooper appeared in ''[[EP169|Beauty and the Breeder]]'' where it participated in a [[Pokémon Beauty Contest]].

A Wooper was under the ownership of a Trainer who was waiting in line to register for the [[Whirl Cup]] in ''[[EP215|Octillery The Outcast]]''.

In ''[[EP255|Why? Why Not!]]'' {{TRT}} thought a Wooper took {{Ash}}'s [[Badge]]s so they looked for one in order to steal the Badges.

A Wooper was used by one of the students of the [[Pokémon Trainer's School]] in ''[[AG015|Gonna Rule The School!]]''.

A couple of Wooper were seen in the greenhouse in ''[[AG147|Sweet Baby James]]'', where they were being looked after by [[Nanny and Pop-Pop]].

A Wooper appeared in the opening of ''[[M08|Lucario and the Mystery of Mew]]''.

Multiple Wooper appeared in ''[[XY022|Going for the Gold!]]'' where they were among the Pokémon seen in the [[Ambrette Town]] aquarium.
