This may have been discussed before but I wanted to share my opinion as well. As of now it's confirmed that Charizard belongs to Kiawe. Despite being used more as an way of transportation rather than in a battle, it has appeared in many episodes since it's debut. So, I guess it would be fair for it to have it's own article, or at least to be under the "On hand" section. Because placing it under "Ride Pokemon", kinda shows out that Charizard is just a temporary Pokemon like all other Poke Riders used. They even showed a background of how Kiawe captured it (given) so it has a story.
