Tyranitar has been featured on {{#expr: {{PAGESINCATEGORY:Tyranitar (TCG)}} - 1}} different cards since it debuted in the {{TCG|Neo Discovery}} expansion of the [[Pokémon Trading Card Game]]. Tyranitar cards are normally {{ct|Darkness}} or {{ct|Fighting}} {{TCG|Stage 2 Pokémon}}. In Japan, Tyranitar was featured in the {{TCG|Tyranitar Half Deck}} released in August 2001, as well as the {{TCG|Shockwave! Tyranitar ex Constructed Standard Deck}} released in June 2006 and the {{TCG|Tyranitar Constructed Standard Deck}} released in February 2010. Outside of Japan, Tyranitar was also featured in the TCG World Championships 2005 {{TCG|Dark Tyranitar Deck}} released in October 2005.
