I had to undo some edits you made in which you think {{m|Dragon Hammer}} is a {{m|Surf}} variant. Sure, power, PP, and accuracy may be the same, but there's the requirement noted [[Move variations#Variations of Surf|here]] that all adjacent Pokémon are affected. This is where Dragon Hammer stops being a variant, as it only affects a selected target. Next time you think you found a variant, check more thoroughly. Thanks!
