Super Scoop Up (Neo Genesis 98): Difference between revisions

This card was first printed in the Japanese-exclusive {{TCG|Intro Pack}} with artwork by [[Keiji Kinebuchi]] before its general release in {{TCG|Neo Genesis}}. It was subsequently reprinted in the {{TCG|Pokémon VS}}, Expedition Base Set, {{TCG|EX FireRed & LeafGreen}} and {{TCG|EX Delta Species}} expansions. It was also reprinted in the unofficial English {{TCG|Tyranitar Half Deck}} for the 2001 [[Tropical Mega Battle]]. Later, it was released in the {{TCG|Diamond & Pearl}} and {{TCG|Majestic Dawn}} sets with different artwork by [[Shizurow]].

Super Scoop Up was later reclassified in Japan as an {{TCG|Item card}} during the HeartGold & SoulSilver Series, though the English prints did not adopt this naming convention until the release of {{TCG|Black & White}}. {{TCG|Unleashed}} featured new artwork by [[Noriko Hotta]]. This card was released again in the {{TCG|Black & White}} expansion with new artwork by [[Daisuke Iwamoto]], originating in the Japanese {{TCG|Beginning Set}}. It was later printed again in {{TCG|Beginning Set +}} and {{TCG|Beginning Set Pikachu Version}} rereleases of the original Black & White Beginning Set.

Super Scoop Up was again reprinted with new artwork by [[5ban Graphics]] in the English {{TCG|Furious Fists}} expansion, first originating as one of several Japanese {{TCG|XY-P Promotional cards}} that became available in a number of different card boxes. These included the {{TCGMerch|XY|Era|Card Box Xerneas•Yveltal including Energy Card}}, released on December 13, 2013, the {{TCGMerch|XY|Era|Card Box Primal Groudon•Primal Kyogre including Energy Card}}, released on December 13, 2014, and the {{TCGMerch|XY BREAK|Era|Card Box Mega Mewtwo X•Mega Mewtwo Y including Energy Card}}, released on September 26, 2015.
