This card was included in the English {{TCG|EX Team Rocket Returns}} expansion, first released in the Japanese {{TCG|Rocket Gang Strikes Back}} expansion. In Japan, it was reprinted as a Holofoil {{TCG|PCG-P Promotional cards|PCG-P Promotional card}} and was available at two events held as part of the regional Spring 2005 Battle Road tournaments: as a redemption prize to those participating in the Point Get Battle event and as a prize to participants who reached the final round in the main tournament. This card was later reprinted in the Japanese {{TCG|Movie Commemoration VS Pack: Aura's Lucario}} and English {{TCG|EX Holon Phantoms}} expansion.
