An exclusive Cosmos Holofoil print of this card was included in the English {{TCG|Jetstream}} {{TCG|Theme Deck}}. Two special variants were later released: one as a participation prize for the 2004-2005 Gym Challenge, and one as a giveaway at participating {{wp|McDonald's}} restaurants in Germany leading up to the {{DL|Pokémon Day (Germany)|Pokémon Day 2005|Pokémon Day 2005}} events, held in several cities across the country between September 24 and October 9, 2005. The card distribution took place roughly 2 weeks before the Pokémon Day events at select McDonald's restaurants in the vicinity of the host locations. Both variants feature the respective event logos, and the Pokémon Day variant is only available in German.
