			Recall that the reason for this card's banning from sanctioned play was not because of this card alone, but because it was used in combination with [[VS Seeker (EX FireRed & LeafGreen 100)\|VS Seeker.]] You play LTC, you shuffle all other discarded cards (including VS Seekers but not LTC itself) back into your deck. Then you get back a VS Seeker from the deck and later use it as LTC. It's this combination that resulted in the ban.
