In Japan, this card was released as one of the {{TCG|SM-P Promotional cards}}, numbered 024/SM-P, awarded to participants of the Welcome Festa held at the Sunshine City Convention Center in East Ikebukuro, Toshima, Tokyo on January 14, 2017. It features the Welcome Festa logo in the bottom right corner of the illustration. Togedemaru was reprinted in Japan as a {{TCG|SM-P Promotional cards|SM-P Promo}} numbered 039/SM-P, available as a participation prize at both the 2017 Osaka Champion's League, held at MyDome Osaka, Osaka on February 18 and 19, 2017 and at the 2017 Miyagi Champion's League, held at Sunfesta, Sendai on April 1 and 2, 2017. This print features the Champion's League 2017 logo in the bottom right corner of the illustration.
