Victreebel counters with {{m|Sleep Powder}} putting Hitmonlee to sleep. {{AP|Pikachu}} and Bulbasaur quickly dispose of Arbok and Victreebel followed by Team Rocket's balloon sliced by Razor Leaf which sends Team Rocket flying.
