Effect: move research test results

==Effect==
{{MoveResearch|Checking interaction with Normalize and Electrify; typeless move's interactions with {{m|Conversion 2}}, {{a|Color Change}} and {{a|Wonder Guard}}}}
Revelation Dance inflicts damage and has no secondary effect. The [[type]] of Revelation Dance always matches the user's primary type.

If a Pokémon has lost its primary {{t|Fire}} type due to {{m|Burn Up}}, Revelation Dance's type will match its current type: its secondary type if it has any, or else the type added by {{m|Forest's Curse}} or {{m|Trick-or-Treat}} if it has any, or else have no type (in which case Revelation Dance will not receive {{STAB}}). If a Pokémon has lost its primary {{t|Flying}} type due to having used {{m|Roost}} earlier this turn (and uses Revelation Dance due to its {{a|Dancer}} Ability), Revelation Dance's type will match its current type: its secondary type if it has any, or else be {{type|Normal}} (regardless of type additions by Forest's Curse or Trick-or-Treat).

Revelation Dance is unaffected by <!--{{a|Normalize}}, -->{{a|Pixilate}}, {{a|Refrigerate}}, {{a|Aerilate}}, and {{a|Galvanize}}. However, it is affected by {{m|Ion Deluge}} (if the move would be Normal-type)<!-- and {{m|Electrify}}-->.

Typeless Revelation Dance does not activate {{a|Color Change}} and is protected by {{a|Wonder Guard}}. {{m|Conversion 2}} will fail if Revelation Dance is the last move used by a typeless target.

Regardless of the user's types, Revelation Dance is always treated as {{type|Normal}} for [[Z-Move]] mechanics, and can be upgraded to {{m|Breakneck Blitz}} by a {{DL|Z-Crystal|Normalium Z}}.
