Officer Jenny's Gumshoos: Difference between revisions

{{p|Gumshoos}} first appeared in [[Verdant Cavern]] in [[SM009]], where {{Ash}} battled against it in his first Island Trial. Gumshoos begins the battle by attacking {{AP|Pikachu}}, enduring a powerful {{m|Thunderbolt}} while assulting Pikachu with multiple {{{m|Frustration}} attacks. Ash then tries to have {{AP|Rowlet}} support Pikachu and it is quickly defeated by Gumshoos's {{m|Rock Tomb}}. After using {{m|Sand Attack}} against Pikachu, Ash has Pikachu use it as cover while attacking with {{m|Quick Attack}}. Pikachu then finishes the battle with a Thunderbolt. Gumshoos then awards Ash the {{DL|Z-Crystal|Normalium Z}}. Gumshoos later helps scare away the [[Regional variant|Alolan]] {{p|Rattata}} and {{p|Raticate}} in a store. [[Officer Jenny]] later asked it to join her, seeing as she's always wanted a partner, and Gumshoos agreed.
