Actually, I think I might know what's happening: Having a question mark in the title of a page means that everything after the question mark is data that should be sent to the page. So, in this case, it's saying "go to the link | |||
http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/" (that is the main page) "and give the website the information ????", and that information is not used. | |||
