It looks like Dratini/Dragonair have been on Yumi Tōma's page since it was created, with no citation given at that time, so I have no way to judge whether they're valid, so I guess I'll leave them. However, Wiki pages and IMDB or IMDB-like websites are not suitable proof for voice actor listings, since any user on those sites can add or change the information.
