Drake's Dragonite: Difference between revisions

Dragonite first appeared in ''[[EP111|Hello, Pummelo!]]'', when it was seen flying around the island. Later when {{TRT}} tried to steal {{p|Dragonite}}, they were sent blasting off from its {{m|Hyper Beam}} attack.

In ''[[EP112|Enter The Dragonite]]'', Drake used {{p|Dragonite}} in the battle against [[Ash Ketchum]]. It was shown to be a very strong battler. With its impressive speed and power, it was able to take out {{AP|Charizard}}, {{AP|Squirtle}} and {{AP|Tauros}}, although all three managed to land at least one blow on Dragonite before they fainted. Even though it fought three of Ash's Pokémon, it was still able to defeat Team Rocket when they tried another attempt at capturing it when it was tired out.  

It then had to battle {{AP|Pikachu}} in the last round of the match. Despite being tired out from the previous battles, it managed to put up a good fight against {{p|Pikachu}}, but, after a fierce battle, it was defeated by Pikachu's use of a {{m|Thunder}} attack while positioned on Dragonite's head, and Ash became a champion of the [[Orange League]].

Dragonite makes an appearance in [[The Electric Tale of Pikachu]]. It appeared in ''[[ET17|The Orange Crew Supreme Gym Leader]]'' and ''[[ET18|Pikachu's Plan]]'', where it was the last Pokémon to battle {{Ash}}. It went up against {{AP|Squirtle}} as its first opponent and won easily. {{AP|Charizard}} was next and after a long battle, Dragonite emerged victorious. Lastly it battled {{AP|Pikachu}} and lost when Pikachu crawled into its mouth and used Thunder, giving Ash the victory.
