+::::::Go to the staff pages and you will see that Junior Administrators do not have the ability to block people.  The main thing we can do is try to keep the vandals at bay while alerting higher staff (anyone Administrator or above) to the issue.  They make the blocking decision.  Since Junior Administrator serves as a sort of "proving ground", it also prevents a new staff member from potentially blocking someone in an unwarranted fashion or even blocking someone who shouldn't be blocked at all.  [[User:CycloneGU|CycloneGU]] ([[User talk:CycloneGU|talk]]) 01:20, 8 August 2016 (UTC)
