:To create subpages in your userspace, you'd simply have to type the name of your desired page into the search bar and click "go". From there, there should be an option where you can create a userpage to work on your usertag. So for example, if you wanted to make a tag about someone who likes pudding, you'd title the page "User:Ericbazinga/UserPudding" or something along those lines. If you are asking me to get into the technicalities of creating the usertag itself, I can't help you much there as coding isn't really my forte.
