Bayleef wakes up, near a fireplace under a blanket. She looks around and the old woman comes in with Machoke and offers Bayleef a bowl of cream stew which she enjoys. The old woman offers to help Bayleef find her trainer but Bayleef, believing Ash to no longer care for her, refuses to and the old woman says that Bayleef is welcome to stay with her and the other Pokémon living there.
