In [[Nimbasa City]], after returning the {{key|V|Dropped Item}} to the owner and calling them 51 times, [[Curtis]] or [[Yancy]] (depending on the player's [[gender]]), will trade the player a different {{OBP|Pokémon|species}} each day, in this order. Each Pokémon has its {{DL|Ability|Hidden Abilities|Hidden Ability}} and can be either male or female.
Yancy's Pokémon have the [[original Trainer]] <span style="color:#E03838;">Yancy</span> (Japanese: <span style="color:#E03838;">{{j|ルリ}}</span> ''Ruri'') and [[Trainer ID number]] 10303. Curtis' Pokémon have the original Trainer <span style="color:#00E8F8;">Curtis</span> (Japanese: <span style="color:#00E8F8;">{{j|テツ}}</span> ''Tetsu'') and Trainer ID number 54118.
