:Gourgeist is not solely based on a candle. It even says so in the Origin description. I guess I can justify that, but I don't believe the upper body is any different in basis from the lower except in color. The candle inspiration seems loose at best and only seems to come from the gravity-inclined "hair", especially since the lower body is what's lit up, not the upper.
