Hello. I was wondering how to utilize additional colors (such as for regions and for specific games) for Template:youtubevid. I think I managed to do it on the pages for Pokémon Origins and Nintendo Direct once before.. However, on the page for M18, I cannot properly integrate the "OmegaRuby" and "AlphaSapphire" colors or the "Hoenn" colors to make the "youtubevid" template visually match with the rest of the page. I thought that the list of game colors was here and that the list of region colors was here, although I am having difficulties in using them. Thanks in advance for the help! Fenyx4 (talk) 20:51, 21 January 2016 (UTC)

:I've fixed the uses of the template on M18, and you can see the changes I made there. That should help you to better understand how the template works. - <span class="sc" style="color:#DA70D6;">Kogoro</span> - <span class="sc" style="color:#FFB6C1;">Talk to me</span> - 05:11, 24 January 2016 (UTC)

Example: In the entry for Destiny Knot, the section has the small words "Red Thread", which in turn has a link to a Wikipedia page about the "Red String of Fate". If "Destiny Knot" had its own Bulbapedia article, would there be a way to make the big bold-faced words "Destiny Knot" point to such an article? It appears that I am having link/template difficulties.. Thanks in advance for the help. Fenyx4 (talk) 21:07, 21 January 2016 (UTC)

:It is not possible to make the name "Destiny Knot" in the template link to another article. The way to link to a main item article can be found at the Master Ball section of the Poké Ball article (You will need to expand the template to see it in action). Please keep in mind, however, Staff are considering options regarding giving items their own unique articles. Thus, such articles should not be created until we have a distinct format finalized for such articles. :To start with the original suggestion of using Party for minor Trainers: To put it bluntly; that's never going to happen. Minor Trainers aren't important enough to rationalize the use of Party, and that template is far too server-extensive to be used that many times on several articles. Party is solely for the use of major Trainers in the mainspace, and personal parties in the userspace.
:I may consider allowing the option to add moves to the current minor Trainer tables that are used on location articles, but there are several much more important things to add to templates than minor Trainer move lists. - <span class="sc" style="color:#DA70D6;">Kogoro</span> - <span class="sc" style="color:#FFB6C1;">Talk to me</span> - 05:11, 24 January 2016 (UTC)

Hello, Kogoro. I was wondering if usernames with no edit history/contributions of any kind&mdash;those that were registered and nothing more&mdash;could be usurped, like on Wikipedia. If allowed/possible here on Bulbapedia, can this also be taken a step further and done with a name that does have an edit history, but has been inactive for roughly five years and is held by an individual who wanted to change their username anyway (before going inactive)? :In general, we do not allow usernames to be usurped by anyone. In extremely rare cases, we have considered requests for username usurpation. About the only reason we would consider a usurpation is if you have been using the desired username elsewhere on Bulbagarden prior to the registration of the Bulbapedia account that has the username. You are welcome to request to usurp another's username, but the request will likely not be accepted. - <span class="sc" style="color:#DA70D6;">Kogoro</span> - <span class="sc" style="color:#FFB6C1;">Talk to me</span> - 05:11, 24 January 2016 (UTC)
