:That just means that the Pokémon has already been traded. You see that person wanted a Spiritomb for a Garchomp. For some reason, it's still registered that the person has a Garchomp because they didn't log on to the GTS since the trade. It shows that they have Spiritomb already and their Garchomp was already traded.
