If~~ you caught ~~one~~ {{p\|Lotad~~}} on {{rt\|102\|Hoenn~~}} and ~~still hasn~~'t evolved, ~~then you can catch~~ its ~~evolved form on this route~~, ~~which unlike Lotad, it~~ can learn ~~many of the~~ [[HM]]s.
