I just caught a Chinchou on Route 21 in ''Pokémon: Silver Version'' while fishing at night. However, it is unlisted in the list of wild Pokémon found on this route in Generation II games. I do not know the odds of catching a Chinchou, or whether they differ by time of day; could someone please add this information?
