	I see several key items in the list that are said to appear only in some of the Gen IV games, and yet their descriptions are tagged as being from other games as well. For example, the Old Charm only appears in Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, yet the description is tagged as being from HeartGold and SoulSilver as well.
