Delta Stream may not affect type advantages quite as directly, but Desolate Land and Primordial Sea already set a precedent. A rule like "both advantages/disadvantages and immunities are noted for direct abilities, but for 'indirect' abilities, only immunities ought to be noted" would be rather dumb.
